Much like the Pioneers in Aviation, Jerry Thompson and Associates, INC (JTA) is built on a long history of professionalism and historical involvement in the pursuit of Safety in the National Airspace System.  The company was founded in 1984 by Mr. Jerry Thompson.  Jerry was a former AF-1 and is known for his development of what was then called the Brown Book. He also was the influential designer of the NAS Architecture drawing still used by the FAA today. Mr. Thompson passed away, the company was recently sold and is now under a new President, Mr. Dean Johnston.  The company has Mr. Vern Reynolds serving as our Chief Operating Officer and Mr. Tom Draggoo serving as the Vice President of Operations.

We are a small business that is re-energizing our efforts with a focus on system engineering and financial analysis, and at the same time holding fast and true to the model that Jerry created. That model is built on Integrity in our commitments, excellence in our products and services, and we are passionate about Safety in the NAS.

We pride ourselves in having the right people, procedures, and tools coupled with the right technology to help mitigate the risks of deploying systems into the operational environment.

As we grow our business we often need highly qualified resources that have experience and integrity and value the same goals as we do. We hope that as you read this short story, you will visit our website to see what opportunities might be available. We wish to thank your organization for letting us describe our efforts.  If you would like more detailed information, please visit our website at www.jta-atc.com.
